Our instructors are among the best in North America, having received awards and recognition from our training partners (Sun Microsystems, Symantec / Veritas, Oracle, IBM, MySQL, NetApp and GuruLabs / Linux). They are experienced professionals with leading IT certifications and recognized teaching credentials.

Our instructors have to go through a rigorous certification process before they are allowed to teach a class:

	Attend the class they are to teach.
	Attend a vendor authorized Train the Trainer course.
	Study time is allotted.
	Evaluated teach: teach the entire class with a senior instructor present.
	Solo: teach the class and receive a minimum 80% overall score from all students.

Instructors are registered step-by-step with vendor partners and are monitored on a weekly basis. Any consistently low evaluations can result in de-certification of the instructor followed by a recommended study path to re-certify.

We are accountable to our authorized partners and vendors for your education experience with us. This high level of quality measurement and accountability includes:

	Ensuring students understand course prerequisites and skills before enrolling them in a course.
	Mid-week evaluations that are administered by Education Consultants and allow for immediate resolution of customer issues.
	Online Evaluations that every student fills out at the end of the class.
	Each and every evaluation of our trainers has to be reviewed for consistency and is responded to immediately.
	Evaluation results are sent directly to vendor partners and entered into their database. Our teachers are accountable so that you receive the level of education you deserve.

Learning is an intense and on-going process that requires support long after the course is done. We provide a free service to all of our clients which allows them to get answers to questions post course. We call this eMentoring. Have a question?
