You should complete:

XWI09 IBM BladeCenter Workshop on Service and Support Problem Determination
XWI10 Advanced service and support of the IBM BladeCenter with Ethernet Options or XWI17 Ethernet Network Problem Determination for Service and Support
IBM employees should also have completed:
XW5033 BladeCenter Fundamentals or XW0011 BladeCenter Hands-on Workshop

Understand and perform basic configuration of storage controllers (DS4000)
