You should complete or understand:

DB2 UDB for z/OS and OS/390 V7 Database Administration Workshop - Part 1 (CF830)
OR have equivalent experience
DB2 SQL Workshop (CF120)
OR have working knowledge of SQL
AND UNDERSTAND the objects (tables, indexes, and databases) used in DB2 systems and how those objects are created, managed, and recovered.
